SHANGHAI TUNNEL ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION (MALAYSIA) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Human Resources & Administration Assistant in Shah Alam to perform general administrative duties, data entry, filing, and documentation while supporting HR and finance functions.
The role requires Mandarin proficiency, a Diploma in Business Administration or HR, 1–2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome), and strong MS Office skills.
Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, documentation, and correspondence.
Manage office supplies inventory and arrange replenishment when necessary.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company documents and licenses.
Maintain proper records of company documents, licenses, and confidential files.
Liaise with internal departments and external parties on administrative matters.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including telephone calls, emails, courier services, and correspondence.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, training sessions, and other activities.
Support HR and Finance & Accounts functions with administrative assistance (e.g., employee records, expense claims).
Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, organized, and well-maintained.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior or management.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative work. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and able to meet monthly reporting deadlines.
Mandarin proficiency required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
