Job summary

SHS Plastics Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to manage documentation for foreign workers and assist with permit renewals.

In addition, you will perform monthly stock takes, audit stock control, and maintain accurate filing and record-keeping. This role supports factory operations in Johor Bahru and surrounding areas.

Our company manufactures PET bottles and containers for the food and beverage industry, and values reliability and accuracy in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for applying new foreign workers.
• Responsible to do stock take on the 1st day of each month.
• Conduct month-end stock audit and present stock report.
• Ensure proper recording and filing of documents are maintained.
• Handle foreign worker permit renewals, Fomema and FWCMS.
