Family Bundle, a long-established wholesaler and retailer of quality used clothing in Malaysia, invites an HR and Administration professional to oversee people operations across the organisation, ensuring compliance with Employment Act 1955 and statutory requirements while delivering confidential HR services.

You will manage recruitment, payroll, attendance, leave, and employee relations across branches, coordinate training with HRD Corp, and maintain records.

Competenze

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' experience in HR and administration.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Coordinate manpower allocation and staffing at branches.
• Manage full recruitment from posting to onboarding.
• Oversee probation, confirmations, and contract renewals.
• Prepare HR letters and employment documentation.
• Administer payroll, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and attendance systems.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act 1955 and related laws.
• Coordinate training with HRD Corp and performance management.
• Maintain accurate HR and admin records.
