Intrinseque Health Pte Ltd. in Melaka is seeking a Human Resources Admin Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This role supports HR operations, maintains employee records, and provides essential administrative assistance to drive people initiatives forward.

You will handle onboarding, payroll support, leave management, recruitment coordination, and HR reporting, while ensuring data protection compliance and confidential handling of records.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee records and personnel files with accurate documentation and data protection compliance
• Provide admin support for recruitment: schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and track applicants
• Assist payroll, benefits and leave management for accurate, timely processing
• Coordinate onboarding and induction, prepare required documents and orientation materials
• Handle HR enquiries and support HR team with day-to-day tasks
• Maintain HR databases and filing systems, physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality
• Assist in organising HR events, trainings and employee engagement activities
• Prepare HR reports and correspondence for HR department and senior management
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organisation
• Perform general administrative tasks including scheduling, minute-taking and document management
