  1. 1.Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs
  2. 2. Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
  3. 3. Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants
  4. 4. Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel
  5. 5. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
  6. 6. Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures
  7. 7. Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes
  8. 8. Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  9. 9. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
  10. 10. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
  11. 11. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations
  12. 12. Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training and health and safety programs
  13. 13. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates
  14. 14. Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices
  15. 15. Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labour relations activities of an organization
  16. 16. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination
  17. 17. Investigate and report on industrial accidents for insurance carriers
  18. 18. Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations
  19. 19. Negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret labour contracts
  20. 20. Prepare personnel forecast to predict employment needs
  21. 21. Oversee the evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions
  22. 22. Dealing with foreign worker agent and Immigration Department pertaining the work permit for foreign worker
  23. 23. Organising training sessions or trainings for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties
  24. 24. Responsible for general administrative operation.
