• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
• Follow safety and security policies; report hazards and injuries; complete safety training and certifications.
• Ensure professional appearance; maintain confidentiality and protect company assets; communicate with guests politely and professionally.
