Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily housekeeping operations and allocate staff.
• Inspect guest rooms, vacant rooms, and common areas for cleanliness.
• Lead daily briefings and meetings to communicate expectations.
• Coordinate with front office on room status and guest requests.
• Manage scheduling, annual leave, and staffing levels.
• Oversee inventory and coordinate purchasing.
• Develop and update housekeeping policies and checklists.
