Job summary

LEGOLAND PARKS is seeking a hotel housekeeping associate to clean guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards. You will check room status, respond to guest requests, and maintain equipment and supplies.

You must be able to work in shifts and weekends, with good English and a pleasant, organized approach. Free parking, health insurance, meals provided, and promotion opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify room status and clean assigned guest rooms and designated public areas.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Care for work store, trolley and equipment; keep spaces neat after each shift.
• Maintain stock and ensure cleaning equipment are in good working order.
• Report guest complaints or incidents to Floor Supervisor and assist as needed.
• Promote recycling opportunities while upholding quality standards.

Job description

To provide cleaning service to guest rooms and respond to guest requests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in accordance to Hotel established standards. To clean guest floors and surrounding service areas in accordance to the standard required by our hotel.

Scope & Responsibilities:

• To check and verify room status report.
• To clean all assigned rooms and designated public area in accordance with the established procedure.
• Ensure that all requests by guests are attended to in a professional manner.
• Be responsible for the care and maintenance of his/her work store, trolley and all equipment and ensure that all equipment and materials are left in the same place and correct manner at the end of each shift.
• To ensure stock of supplies is adequately maintained and cleaning equipments are in good working condition.
• Advise the office of any lost property and valuable and return these to the office as soon as possible.
• Report any guest complaints, incidents of suspicious persons on the floor to the Floor Supervisor.
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness of corridor and service areas.
• To maximize recycling opportunities while it is not jeopardizing quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Graduates of high school or other equivalent levels of education
• Ability to work in shift working environment
• Ability to speak and read basic English language
• Pleasant personality with good organizational skills & problem solving skills
• Independent and self–motivated with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Additional Information:

• Fully vaccinated (14 days after second dose).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends to support hotel operations.
