Job summary

TIMES REAL ESTATE SDN.BHD. is seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to identify and secure hotel-style apartment properties for managed services.

You will build relationships with property owners, landlords, agents and developers to present our management solutions and expand the portfolio. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will research rental trends and high-potential locations, arrange meetings and site visits, and support negotiations and onboarding with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in property acquisition or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to approach new prospects and develop business opportunities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with Malaysian property market is a plus.
• Own transport and willingness to travel for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source properties suitable for hotel-style apartment and managed property operations.
• Reach out to owners, landlords, agents, and developers to introduce management solutions.
• Build and manage a pipeline of property acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct market research on rental trends, competitors, supply, and high-potential locations.
• Arrange meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective partners.
• Support commercial discussions, negotiations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess onboarding requirements.
• Maintain records of leads, meetings, negotiations, and progress.
• Contribute to portfolio expansion and business growth.
