Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of storekeeping, receiving, inventory, or hospitality experience.
• SPM qualification; Diploma in Hospitality, Supply Chain, Logistics is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Receive and inspect all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Record all received goods in the hotel inventory or store management system.
• Label, arrange, and store items in designated storage areas.
• Issue and distribute supplies to departments based on approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock, excess, damaged, or expired items.
• Ensure FIFO procedures for food and perishable items.
