Hotel Granada Johor Bahru is seeking a full-time on-site Sales professional responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent room sales. The role drives growth by targeting key accounts, identifying new markets, and coordinating with events and exhibitions to secure business.

You will conduct daily sales calls, oversee proposals and contracts, and work with the front office to ensure service excellence. A proactive, customer-focused seller is essential.

Responsabilités

• Sell Corporate and Travel Agent room sales for the hotel.
• Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities and expand sales.
• Represent the hotel at events and exhibitions.
• Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspections for corporate clients.
• Prepare quotations, Corporate Rate Agreements, and write contracts.
• Develop strong relationships with on-property front office and stakeholders.
• Accompany sales team on calls to develop accounts and evaluate sales skills.
• Attend department and hotel meetings as necessary.
• Follow up on all leads within 24 hours.
