Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in region-wide coordination of rooms, food and beverage, spa, and golf promotions.
• Develops leisure marketing plan to build occupancy through rate offers, packages and programs.
• Maintains, updates and manages all web sites.
• Coordinates offers and information for publications and brand loyalty mailings.
• Develops brochure and property collateral materials.
• Participates in property imaging work such as signage.
• Uses reporting for marketing recommendations, including DMA source market reports and past guest lists.
• Reviews and analyzes website and email campaign tracking for property and corporate reports.
• Ensures consistent marketing message across advertising and collateral.
• Manages marketing budget throughout year.
• Tracks ROI of marketing initiatives including online, direct mail and print advertising.
• Keeps track of actual vs planned budgets and suggests reallocations as needed.
• Ensures consistency of voice on guest touchpoints and marketing communications.
