Job summary

Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur is seeking an analytical Revenue Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret hotel revenue data to support pricing strategies, forecasting, and inventory management. You will provide insights to drive profitability, market share, and commercial performance through accurate reporting and data-driven decisions.

The role collaborates with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Reservations, and Operations to optimize revenue opportunities and support planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Finance, Hotel Operations, or a related function.
• Experience in hotel analytics, reporting, or commercial performance analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly revenue performance.
• Monitor KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, TRevPAR, GOPPAR, MPI, and RGI.
• Review booking pace, pickup trends, cancellations, no-shows, and market demand.
• Identify revenue opportunities and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports; produce demand forecasts and pace analysis.
• Develop dashboards and management reports for leadership review.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends; review STR reports and benchmarking data.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and annual business planning activities.
• Validate data from PMS, CRS, RMS, and channel management systems.
