CB Talents SP in Malaysia is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Support specialist for Hotel Reservation. The role requires handling inquiries, supporting the Sales team, and ensuring smooth booking experiences in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will work on a rotational 24/7 shift at G Tower, Malaysia. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Mandarin, with hotel/reservation experience, strong communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
