ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri is seeking a Purchasing/Cost Control professional to review requisitions, visit suppliers, negotiate prices and place orders for the hotel's operations. The role includes HACCP compliance audits and detailed cost reporting.

Formación

• Possess professional certificates or a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 3 years of experience in related field.
• Specialized in receiving and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Review purchase requisitions considering lead times, discounts and budgets.
• Visit suppliers, request quotations, negotiate prices/terms and place orders.
• Audit receiving and storage areas to ensure HACCP standards.
• Report daily/monthly room and F&B costs with analysis of variances.
• Monitor movements of goods and ensure proper recording.
