Job summary

ACCOR HOTELS is seeking a seasoned Finance professional to join ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri, part of the Accor Hotels group. The role covers financial reporting, accounting oversight, budgeting, and internal controls within the hotel's Finance Department.

You will supervise Accounts Payable/Receivable, assist with cost control, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support payroll and stock/inventory controls while collaborating with HR and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
• CPA certification is an advantage
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Full conversant with accounting principles and financial regulation standards

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and analyses.
• Review and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Monitor hotel financial performance against budget and forecast.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control initiatives.
• Review revenue reconciliation and cash/credit card transactions.
• Coordinate with Internal Controls, audits and HR for payroll accuracy.
