Job summary

ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri is seeking a capable Finance professional to manage financial reporting, accounting operations and budgeting. The role will oversee accounts payable/receivable, revenue audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

You will collaborate with HR for payroll and lead the Finance team to drive efficiency. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 4+ years of relevant experience, and a CPA credential is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• CPA certification will be an advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• Full conversant in accounting principles and financial regulation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and financial analysis.
• Monitor hotel financial performance against budget and forecast.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Oversee Accounts Payable & Receivable activities and ensure timely processing.
• Review daily revenue reports and income audit; verify cash and card transactions.
• Assist in payroll review and HR coordination with HR team.
• Monitor inventory and stock control; support cost-control initiatives.
• Supervise Finance team and provide coaching to improve performance.
