Job summary

ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri, part of Accor Hotels, is seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting professional to lead policy implementation, budgeting, and month-end close for the property. The role oversees purchasing and invoice payments, ensuring timely financial reporting to management and owners.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA is a plus, and has at least 8 years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of accounting principles and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• CPA certification will be an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of experience.
• Full conversant in accounting principles and financial regulation standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement and update all Finance Accounting Policies and Procedures in line with the administration and operation needs of the hotel.
• Responsible for establishing hotel budget forecast (investment budget and operating budget).
• Maintain management charts and administration forecast charts.
• Supervise the Purchasing as well as to be responsible for the payment of invoices.
• Ensure for timely and accurate monthly closing of accounts and preparation of all required reports for Hotel Management and Owners.
