Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee highest standard of cleaning on assigned floors and guestrooms.
• Coordinate with front desk to maintain correct room status.
• Supervise turndown service and monitor guest privacy.
• Ensure timely reporting of maintenance and incidents.
• Train and develop team members; provide ongoing guidance.
