Hilton Malaysia in Perak is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader (Room) to uphold the highest cleanliness standards across guest floors and rooms. You will supervise the housekeeping team, coordinate with the front desk, and ensure guest privacy is protected during all duties.

The role requires at least 2 years of guestroom experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Opera and OnQ systems; you will train teammates and drive service quality every shift.

Qualifications

• University / Pre-university graduate.
• Good written and verbal skills; fluent English advantageous.
• 2+ years of guestroom work experience.
• Knowledge of housekeeping office daily operation and systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee highest standard of cleaning on assigned floors and guestrooms.
• Coordinate with front desk to maintain correct room status.
• Supervise turndown service and monitor guest privacy.
• Ensure timely reporting of maintenance and incidents.
• Train and develop team members; provide ongoing guidance.
