Job summary

Hemisphere Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Hotel Manager / General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations across all departments, ensuring service excellence, profitability, and adherence to brand standards.

You will lead department heads, monitor guest satisfaction, manage budgets, and drive revenue initiatives while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and 8+ years of hotel leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management required.
• 8+ years' hotel management experience with proven capability in operations, financial management, guest service, team leadership and compliance.
• Strong operational and financial management skills.
• Proven ability to lead multi-department hotel teams, deliver profitability, improve guest satisfaction, manage budgets and represent the hotel professionally with owners, management company representatives, authorities and tourism partners

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hotel operations across all departments to ensure service efficiency, guest satisfaction, financial discipline, safety compliance and consistent delivery of Hemisphere Corporation Sdn Bhd's hospitality standards
• Lead departmental heads in achieving operational objectives
• Monitor guest satisfaction and service quality
• Ensure compliance with brand standards
• Manage operating budgets and departmental costs
• Develop operational improvement initiatives
• Maintain safety, security and regulatory compliance
• Support revenue-generation initiatives by working with sales, marketing and revenue teams to improve occupancy, average rate, guest spend, event opportunities and local market performance
• Develop and coach management teams
• Prepare operational reports for Hemisphere Management
