Job summary

Hemisphere Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Resort Manager to lead all resort operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive financial performance in line with brand standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• 10+ years of hotel or resort operations experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Strong leadership and financial management capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead all resort operational departments to ensure guest experience and business performance.
• Deliver financial and operational targets through revenue management, cost controls and productivity improvements.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and resolving issues.
• Develop annual business plans and operating budgets.
• Monitor departmental performance and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Lead employee engagement and talent development.
• Maintain quality, safety and environmental standards.
• Develop local business opportunities and partnerships to strengthen visibility and performance.
• Report operational performance to Hemisphere Corporate Office.
