Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Management-level professional to lead daily housekeeping operations, recreation/health club activities, and related areas. The role focuses on maintaining clean guestrooms, public spaces, and staff areas while meeting budget targets.

The candidate will supervise shift operations, coordinate with Front Desk and Engineering, and implement inspections to ensure quality and compliance with SOPs, LSOPs, and performance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in housekeeping or related area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily housekeeping operations and oversees recreation/health club activities as applicable.
• Ensures guest room status is communicated to Front Desk promptly and coordinates with Engineering for maintenance needs.
• Supervises the cleaning schedule, inventories supplies, and enforces compliance with policies and SOPs.
• Participates in budgeting, cost control, and monitoring payroll progress reports to support financial goals.
• Guides staffing levels, conducts training, performance appraisals, and supports interview/hiring processes.
• Responds to guest issues and complaints, driving service improvements and guest satisfaction.
