Ottotree Hotel (Austin) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a responsible housekeeping team member to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel. The role focuses on guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and designated spaces, with a strong emphasis on safety and order.

You should be able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays; fresh graduates are welcome with training provided, or at least 1 year of related experience. Walk-in interviews are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and other designated areas.
• Check and replenish housekeeping supplies, linens, and toiletries, including deliveries and stock levels.
• Attend to guest requests and complaints professionally and support guest satisfaction.
• Report damages, maintenance issues, accidents, illness, or suspicious activities promptly.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, suppliers, contractors, and other departments when required.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and overall hotel upkeep.
• Support effective stock and budget control and minimise Out-of-Order (OOO) rooms.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the HOD.

Job Requirements:
