Job summary

Moxy Putrajaya seeks a hands-on Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor (Public Area) to lead our Housekeeping Crew in maintaining sparkling public spaces that welcome guests and enhance their stay.

You will oversee public areas, coordinate daily housekeeping operations, and support team development while ensuring brand standards. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Housekeeping experience and 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleanliness and appearance of public areas, pool areas, back-of-house spaces, and hotel surroundings.
• Conduct inspections to ensure Marriott and Moxy cleanliness standards are met.
• Coordinate daily activities with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry teams.
• Monitor safety, maintenance issues, and cleanliness deficiencies with prompt follow-up.
• Prepare work assignments, update changes, and communicate information during shift handovers.
• Support room discrepancy resolution and operational coordination as needed.
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing Housekeeping Crew members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality assurance standards.
• Complete daily reports, inspections, and departmental documentation accurately.
• Lead by example to create a positive, guest-focused team culture.

At Moxy, first impressions matter. We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and energetic Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor (Public Area) to lead our Housekeeping Crew in maintaining clean, welcoming, and vibrant public spaces that create memorable guest experiences.

As a Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor, you'll oversee the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, coordinate daily housekeeping operations, and support the development of the Housekeeping team. You'll ensure brand standards are met while creating an environment where both guests and Crew feel comfortable and cared for.

What You'll Do
