Job summary

MOXY Putrajaya is seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Uniform Attendant) to manage uniforms and linens, coordinate laundry, and support the Housekeeping team for a polished guest experience.

You will maintain accurate records, conduct inventories, and assist with guest room and public area cleaning as needed, all while following safety and quality standards.

• Monitor linens and guest laundry movement, ensuring accuracy.
• Keep uniform and linen storage organized.
• Assist Housekeeping with guest room and public area cleaning when required.

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Uniform Attendant), you'll manage the distribution and inventory of uniforms and linens, coordinate laundry activities, and provide operational support to the Housekeeping team. You'll play an important role in ensuring both our Crew and guests enjoy a clean, organized, and memorable experience.

What You'll Do

• Distribute and collect Crew uniforms according to company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of uniforms that are issued, returned, cleaned, or in storage.
• Inspect uniforms for wear and tear, removing damaged items and arranging replacements as needed.
• Conduct regular inventories of uniforms, linens, and laundry supplies.
• Monitor the movement of hotel linens and guest laundry, ensuring accurate counts and timely processing.
• Maintain organized uniform and linen storage areas.
• Support Housekeeping operations by assisting with guest room and public area cleaning when required.
• Respond to guest and operational requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
