Job summary

Moxy Putrajaya is seeking an energetic Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Rooms) to help deliver the memorable stays our guests expect. You will clean and service guestrooms, replace amenities, make beds, and respond to guest requests, ensuring every space reflects the vibrant Moxy spirit.

This role requires strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel environment on site in Putrajaya, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to Marriott and Moxy brand standards.
• Replace amenities, linens, towels, and room supplies to ensure guest comfort.
• Make beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum carpets, and maintain overall room cleanliness.
• Remove rubbish, used linens, and room service items from guestrooms.
• Inspect guestrooms and ensure all furniture, appliances, and equipment are in good working condition.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with other departments when required.
• Replenish housekeeping carts and maintain adequate cleaning supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors, service areas, and assigned spaces.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost & found items promptly.
• Deliver personalized service that helps create a memorable guest experience.

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you'll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and appearance of our guestrooms. From preparing rooms for arriving guests to responding to special requests, you'll help ensure every space reflects the vibrant and welcoming Moxy spirit.

What You'll Do
