Job summary

Edisijuta Services Sdn Bhd seeks a Hostel Coordinator/Facilities Supervisor in Selangor to manage workers housing, ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderly operations within the hostel. The role involves coordinating room allocations, inspections, and liaising with HR to handle incidents.

Applicants should have 1-2 years of experience in managing workers or hostels, be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and hold a valid driving license (B2/D) preferred.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma qualification.
• 1-2 years working experience in managing workers or hostel.
• Good in human relations and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Strong ability to handle foreign workers and coordinate housing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, hygiene, health, safety, and security of hostel.
• Conduct hostel leaders meetings.
• Send workers to clinic/hospital as needed.
• Patrol hostel premises and perform inspections/spot checks.
• Plan foreign workers accommodations per repatriation/arrival.
• Notify and report emergencies to supervisors and HR.
• Report incidents and offenses to HR Department.
• Coordinate room allocation and keys distribution for new joiners.
• Assist HR on matters related to foreign employees and hostels.
