Job summary

Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan is seeking a Sales & Event Coordinator to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing hotel events, conferences, and meetings in Kuantan, Malaysia. The role supports the sales team with leads, follow-ups, and client relationships, while handling inquiries, proposals, contracts, and communications.

You will help prepare event schedules and BEOs, conduct site inspections, and develop promotional content for events.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing hotel events, conferences, and meetings.
• Support the sales team in generating leads, client follow-ups, and maintaining relationships.
• Handle event inquiries, proposals, contracts, and client communications.
• Assist in preparing event schedules and banquet event orders (BEOs).
• Conduct site inspections and hotel tours for potential clients.
• Assist in developing sales materials, promotional content, and social media marketing for events.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards in event execution.
• Handle administrative tasks, including invoicing, payments, and vendor coordination.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
• Assist in post-event follow-ups, feedback collection, and reporting.
