Job summary

Hilton seeks a Learning & Development Executive to design, deliver and evaluate training programs that elevate team performance across hotel operations in Sabah. You will partner with department heads to align curricula with career paths and business goals, create engaging content, and manage relationships with external providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in L&D or HR, with a track record in designing and evaluating training programs.
• Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Skilled in instructional design, adult learning principles, and modern training methods (e-learning, blended learning).
• Proficient in assessing training effectiveness and aligning programs with business goals.
• Proficient in LMS, digital learning platforms, and Microsoft Office; able to manage training administration and reports.
• Strong verbal and written skills; able to engage and motivate diverse teams.
• Committed to continuous learning and staying updated on training trends.

Responsibilities

• Training program development and delivery aligned with hotel goals.
• Coordinate with external providers to fill training gaps as needed.
• Need assessment and succession planning support.
• Content creation for training materials, videos, and activities.
• Program evaluation using feedback and metrics; monthly trainee meetings.
• Stakeholder collaboration with department heads and HR to align with business needs.
• Learning metrics & reporting; maintain training records and generate reports.
• Provide coaching and support for career development and learning pathways.
• Assist with HR/L&D audits and events under Hilton brand.
