Job summary

COMO Lifestyle is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager in Kuala Lumpur to elevate guest experiences through leadership capability and service excellence. You will design impactful learning solutions, develop future leaders, and embed continuous improvement across multiple F&B concepts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, a track record in leadership programmes, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions to sustain operational

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, L&D, hospitality, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development, Training or Organisational Development in F&B, hospitality or premium lifestyle.
• Proven leadership programme design and coaching across operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute Learning & Development strategy aligned with brand standards.
• Develop engaging programmes covering service excellence, guest engagement, product knowledge, safety and compliance.
• Lead leadership development for supervisors, managers and high-potential staff; strengthen coaching capabilities.
• Conduct needs analysis via performance data, guest feedback and audits to identify gaps.
• Create blended learning resources including classroom, on-the-job and digital modules.
