Job summary

Hilton seeks an Information Technology Executive to design, implement, and maintain robust IT systems across multiple properties, elevating guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with the Area Director of Technology Services to align IT initiatives with corporate objectives, oversee security upgrades, and lead major technology projects with minimal disruption to hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).
• Strong knowledge of hospitality systems and IT best practices.
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support IT strategy and implementation across multiple properties, aligning with area, cluster, and corporate objectives.
• Enhance system performance and security: monitor, diagnose, and upgrade LAN/network servers and infrastructure.
• Resolve technical challenges for users, provide training and support for a seamless technology experience.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards and HTN certification requirements across infrastructure.
• Lead technology projects: workstation/server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX, and POS installations with minimal disruption.
• Support hotel operations by maintaining critical site systems and assisting property management.
