Qualifications

• Proven experience in a security supervisory or leadership role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of security operations and emergency protocols.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and security operations preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols to identify safety risks and security threats.
• Coordinate emergency responses to incidents such as fires or medical emergencies.
• Supervise, train, schedule and support Security Guards/Officers.
• Investigate incidents and document findings for accurate reporting.
• Promote workplace safety and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide security backup by covering officer duties when needed.
• Manage access control and handle guest concerns discreetly and professionally.
• Conduct audits and update security policies to address emerging risks.
