Job summary

Hemisphere Corporation Sdn Bhd seeks a Cluster Director of Information Technology to lead hospitality technology strategy, digital transformation and IT governance across its hotels, resorts and convention centres.

The role oversees infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendor management and budgeting to deliver secure, reliable platforms that enhance guest services and revenue operations. Experience with PMS, POS, ERP and revenue management systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 10+ years IT leadership experience in hospitality tech.
• Experience with PMS, POS, ERP, revenue mgmt, booking engines.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS and hospitality technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop the hospitality technology roadmap for hotels, resorts and venues.
• Oversee infrastructure, systems availability and operational support.
• Lead digital transformation to improve guest services and revenue performance.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data governance and business continuity.
