Job summary

AnCasa Hotel Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions for the hotel. You will attract, develop and retain talent to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities include leading recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, while ensuring legal compliance and high staff engagement. A Bachelor's in HRM/Business Admin is required; a Master’s is an advantage.
