Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years in hotel events, banquets, hospitality, MICE, or related role.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Good knowledge of banquet and hotel event operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
