Hilton is seeking an Accounts Executive AR cum IA to oversee precise receivables records from guests, groups, banquets, and card companies. You will ensure financial accuracy and support efficient hotel operations, delivering reliable financial reporting and hospitality excellence.

The role requires a university degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Check SCM, and SUN.

Qualifications

• University degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Attention to detail, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with system skills in Check SCM, SUN.
• A professional accounting qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all monies due to the hotel from guests, groups, banquets, employees and credit card companies.
• Maintain an organized, up-to-date filing system and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Perform ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations and maintain accurate records of all receivables.
• Ensure all receivables and account statements are correct and submitted on time, covering guests, groups, banquets, employees, and credit card companies.
