Responsibilities

• Secure & Accurate Documentation: Safeguard signed cheques in the Financial Controller’s safety log and verify invoice backups for accuracy before distribution.
• Efficient Time Management: Maintain an organized, up-to-date filing system and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Problem-Solving & Support: Perform ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations and maintain accurate records of all receivables.
• Financial Accuracy: Ensure all charges and account statements are correct and submitted on time for guests, groups, banquets, employees, and credit card companies.
