The role requires a university degree with 3–4 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with Check SCM and SUN systems. An accounting qualification is an advantage.

• Attention to detail, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with system skills in Check SCM, SUN.
• A professional accounting qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Secure & Accurate Documentation: Safeguard signed cheques and maintain a detailed log; verify invoice backups for accuracy before distribution.
• Efficient Time Management: Maintain an organized, up-to-date filing system and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Problem-Solving & Support: Perform ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations and maintain accurate records of all receivables.
• Financial Accuracy: Ensure all charges and account statements are correct and submitted on time for guests, groups, banquets, employees, and card companies.

As a Finance Executive - AR, you’re not just driving financial accuracy and operational efficiency – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities
