Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all monies due to the hotel from guests, groups, banquets, employees and credit card companies.
• Maintain an organized, up-to-date filing system and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Perform ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations and maintain accurate records of all receivables.
• Ensure all receivables and account statements are correct and submitted on time, covering guests, groups, banquets, employees, and credit card companies.

As an Accounts Executive AR cum IA, you’re not just driving financial accuracy and operational efficiency – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Secure & Accurate Documentation: Maintain an accurate records of all monies due to hotel from (but not limited to) guests, groups, crew, banquets, employees and credit card companies.
• Efficient Time Management: Maintain an organized, up-to-date filing system and respond to all inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Problem-Solving & Support: Perform ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations and maintain accurate records of all receivables.
• Financial Accuracy: Ensure all receivables and account statements are correct and submitted on time, covering guests, groups, banquets, employees, and credit card companies.
