Job summary

LAC Medical Supplies Sdn Bhd is seeking an Inventory Analyst to conduct regular physical counts at hospital sites, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain precise inventory records. You will monitor stock levels, movements, consumption, and expiry dates while coordinating with customers on stock rotation and urgent deliveries.

The role requires strong Excel skills and familiarity with AI tools for data-driven reporting, with travel to hospital sites within the territory and occasional after-hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Good computer literacy with MS Excel and other digital/AI tools.
• Experience or internship in inventory management, logistics, supply chain, procurement, operations, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular physical inventory counts at hospital sites and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records including stock balances, movements, consumption, and replenishment.
• Provide inventory ordering data and monitor product expiry dates.
