Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP or Kinaxis is a plus.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly.
• Detail-oriented with ownership and accountability.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels across multiple sites to ensure healthy inventory positions and identify potential excess and obsolete risks.
• Drive inventory mitigation actions by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Support inventory governance processes, including reporting, tracking, and review cadence to ensure compliance with business requirements.
• Perform data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for inventory optimization and continuous improvement.
• Support regional inventory initiatives and projects, including system improvements and process enhancements.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility on inventory performance, risks, and mitigation progress.
