Job summary

Contacthings Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking an Inventory Clerk to accurately enter and update stock information in the company system to support relocation projects. You will record assets received, issued, transferred, and returned, while verifying data against physical stock.

You will assist with asset counting, reconciliation, and reporting discrepancies. The role requires maintaining organized inventory records and timely updates, along with performing related administrative duties as directed

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Inventory Management, or related field is required.
• Must be able to work a 4-month contract.
• Office shift availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update inventory and stock information accurately in the Company's system to support relocation.
• Record assets received, issued, transferred, and returned.
• Verify inventory data against check-in/out and physical stock.
• Assist with assets counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Identify and report discrepancies between system records and actual stock.
• Maintain proper filing of inventory-related documents and records.
• Prepare basic inventory reports and stock movement summaries.
• Ensure all inventory data is updated promptly and accurately.
• Perform other administrative and inventory-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
