Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a Mortgage Sales Consultant in Kuala Lumpur to deliver exceptional customer service and secure new mortgage business. You will engage clients, assess financial profiles, and guide them through the loan process to achieve home ownership goals.

Ideally you will have a proven track record in mortgage sales, strong product knowledge, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet targets. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in mortgage/financial sales or similar consultative sales.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team to hit sales targets.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to understand their financial needs and property goals.
• Evaluate customer financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Guide customers through the mortgage application and approval process.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through lead generation and conversion.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, developers, and referral partners.
• Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and new mortgage products and features.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth client experience.
