Job summary

HOMA Sdn Bhd is seeking a passionate Solution Consultant in Malaysia to engage with leads, understand customer needs, and recommend home improvement solutions. You will build lasting relationships, drive sales, and work to meet monthly targets while handling inquiries across WhatsApp, phone, and in-person visits.

You'll need at least 2 years in related roles, strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, plus experience with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, retail sales, or e-commerce client-facing roles.
• Experience in prospecting and closing commercial deals with merchants or B2B clients.
• Strong skills in sales, prospecting, retail sales, negotiation, closing, and communication.
• Experience with CRM software and preparing commercial proposals.
• Customer-focused communicator who explains technical concepts clearly.
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple merchant projects and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-in customers.
• Understand customers' renovation or building requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Provide excellent before and after-sales service.
