Job summary

Luma International Sdn Bhd (MyRuma) is seeking a Customer Solution Consultant to convert homeowner enquiries into MyRuma customers. You will engage homeowners, understand renovation needs, communicate MyRuma's value, address concerns, and guide them toward using our services with proactive follow-up.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree or relevant experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Built Environment, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in interior design, renovation, home furnishing, property or consultative sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Willing to attend weekend appointments, events or roadshows when required.

Responsibilities

• Engage and consult prospective homeowners through enquiries, appointments, events, roadshows and referrals.
• Conduct KYC and qualify each homeowner’s renovation requirements, including scope, budget, property details, timeline, design preferences and decision-making readiness.
• Translate homeowner requirements into a clear renovation brief to service partners.
• Coordinate with service partners, including interior designers and renovation contractors.
• Monitor RFQ responses and ensure quotations are submitted within the required timeline.
• Explain renovation solutions, quotations, payment stages and project processes clearly and confidently.
• Guide homeowners in shortlisting suitable service partners based on requirements, budget and expectations.
