Job summary

TheLorry is seeking an Operations Executive (Home Delivery) at our Glenmarie, Selangor facility. This full-time role coordinates, monitors and optimises home delivery routes, schedules and customer satisfaction across our logistics network.

You will work with drivers, merchants and customers to resolve scheduling conflicts, analyse delivery performance and maintain accurate records, while contributing to cost reductions and service improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in logistics operations or home delivery coordination preferred.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation ability.
• Knowledge of Kuala Lumpur/Selangor traffic patterns advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage home delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.
• Coordinate with drivers, merchants and customers to optimise delivery operations and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Track delivery performance metrics and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints related to deliveries, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Support the planning and optimisation of delivery routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver performance and vehicle maintenance schedules.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding operational updates, challenges and performance outcomes.
