United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a driven Relationship Manager to cultivate strong bonds with individual and corporate clients. You will identify needs, provide comprehensive financial advice, and cross-sell banking products, investments, and wealth solutions.

You will actively pursue sales targets, review portfolios, and prepare tailored proposals while coordinating with product specialists to deliver integrated solutions. Strong regulatory awareness is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management within banking/financial services, preferably with high-net-worth clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
• Strong understanding of banking products, investment vehicles, and wealth management solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in Malaysian financial sector.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of individual and corporate clients.
• Identify client needs and provide financial advice across banking products, investments, and wealth management services.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand financial goals and risk profiles, offering suitable UOB products and services.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for deposits, loans, investments, and insurance.
• Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure alignment with financial objectives and market conditions.
• Prepare and present financial proposals and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with product specialists and other internal departments to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
