Job summary

United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a Privilege Banking Relationship Officer to manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering personalized financial solutions and exceptional service. You will grow client relationships, cross-sell wealth and banking products, and support onboarding with wealth specialists.

You will ensure compliance and risk controls while delivering a high standard of client care and advice across Private Banking services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in banking, wealth management, sales, or customer relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet revenue and portfolio targets.
• Professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential client information.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Privilege Banking clients.
• Cross-sell and upsell Privilege Banking products to meet revenue targets.
• Guide onboarding and advise clients with wealth specialists.
• Coordinate service delivery across internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and KYC/AML requirements.
