Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance or related fields preferred.
- 1-3 years of work experience in financial institutions.
- Familiar with trading U.S. stocks and Malaysian stocks.
- Possession of the Capital Market Services Representative’s License (CMSRL) is preferred.
- Customer-oriented with a team collaboration mindset.
Responsibilities
- Support and communicate with High Net Worth clients on trading needs.
- Explore client potential using market insights and product offerings.
- Adapt sales scripts to improve conversion efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure service quality.
- Participate in client events and assist with duties as necessary.
