Job summary

Binastra Group is seeking a Site Supervisor (Architectural / Structural) for a high-rise building on-site. You will plan and coordinate daily site operations, supervise construction and installation works, and manage subcontractors to meet the approved schedule.

You must hold a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience, and be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. This role requires tight timelines and independent work with on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction / Building Survey / Land Surveying.
• 3-5 years' relevant experience; architectural & structural works encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily site operations.
• Supervise and monitor construction/installation works.
• Manage subcontractors' daily activities and resources.
• Monitor progress against the approved schedule.
• Ensure inspections, testing, and PQP compliance.
• Maintain a site diary.
• Report NCR/NCP to Project/Construction Manager.
• Control usage of materials, plants and machinery.
• Ensure works meet technical specifications and drawings.
• Inspect materials per approved samples and remove rejects.
